Rebecca Horton specializes in intellectual property litigation, representing and advising corporations on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights and patents. 

Rebecca has substantial experience and success litigating in federal and state courts, and advising clients on matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She represents clients in a wide range of industries, from high technology industries to food and beverage companies, insurance carriers, logistics companies, and financial institutions. Her experience spans a variety of technologies, such as software, mobile apps, smart phones, and semiconductor devices.  

Rebecca is sought after for the hard work and dedication she commits to each of her clients. Her critical analysis and strategic thinking allows her to navigate clients through disputes while accounting for broader business initiatives and intellectual property considerations. Having successfully litigated over 20 jury and court trials, she is prepared to represent clients through the duration of a case, be it early resolution or through trial.
