Check the event schedule for the time and room for your session. The schedule is subject to change. Contact Laura if you cannot participate during the posted session time or have specific schedule requirements. 

Please be in your presentation room 15 minutes prior to your presentation start time. We recommend arriving at Brooklyn Navy Yards a minimum of 30 minutes before your presentation, with your QR Access code ready, to insure you are on time.

Once you collect your badge, a frame:work producer will be on hand to great you at your session room.

Sessions are 40 minutes long + 10 minutes for Q&A. Questions will be taken from in-room and online audience via a frame:work producer.

A photographer may come in during your presentation to document. 

No rehearsals are planned. You are welcome to check the session rooms on November 6th, the morning before sessions start or during a lunch break. 

If you have presentation slides, please bring a laptop with an HDMI output or bring an HDMI adapter. 

Each presentation room has at least a 10 minute changeover so that you can test your laptop video and audio feed (if used).

Microphone plan is in development.
A presentation timer plan is also in development. 

All sessions are live streamed and recorded unless requested otherwise.

6 November

Open – Conference site is available all day for our set up needs. We have the opportunity for morning, afternoon or early evening 3 hour workshop sessions and site visits.

7 November

NYU Tandon School of Engineering occupies a 14,000 sq ft space in Building 22 at Brooklyn Navy Yards. This space has a volumetric studio and two classrooms prebuilt for webcast.
