TBD – Site visits available. Please coordinate with Marisa & Leah. Studio B is occupied, but all delivered gear will be available in Kodak Theater to check in preparation for morning set up.

07:30 – Venue open to staff & Sponsors for set up in Studio B
09:15 – Doors open, attendees will have access to common areas
09:45 – Presentations start
11:00 – Executive Producer presentations, 25 minutes each

XR Studios is home to two LED Volumes and the Kodak Theater. frame:work:losangeles will occupy the Kodak building & common areas as well as Studio B and the adjacent common areas.

Deliveries can be received up to 7 days prior to the event.
All gear must packed up Saturday afternoon, 5 August by 19:00. Gear pickup can occur on 5 August before 19:00 or between 10:00 – 17:00 on Monday, 7 August.
Full security will be provided.

Please remember all sponsors have 1 hours & 45 minutes to set up their space in Studio B before doors open on 4 August. There is time to check and prep gear while it is stored in the Kodak Building on the afternoon of 3 August.
The venue can provide tables, chairs and access to power.
Please discuss your intended plan for the use of your exhibition space with Marisa and Leah. Provide a list of any equipment you will be delivering and your power requirements.
Deliveries can be accepted as early as July 28th.

Sponsorship gives access to one 25 minute presentation for our Executive Producers, and one 15 minute presentation for our Producers. These will occur in Studio B with seating for all attendees.
We will include your presentation in our schedule and promote in our social media.
Please supply a Name, Title and Headshot for your presenter(s) as well as a description of the presentation topic.
The presenter stage is set up with a lectern, microphone, HDMI & audio, and power for a presenter to share a slide deck.
Presenters should be in Studio B 10 minutes prior to their presentation time. There is no rehearsal time. Laptops will be set up and tested right before the presentation window.
Presentations decks can be run by the speaker via their own laptop.
All sponsor presentations will be part of our live stream.
