Speakers are invited to the full conference as well as Happy Hour and dinner Friday night, Aug 4.

We will support presentation decks off a speaker provided laptop via HDMI and Minijack stereo connections. Power and internet access will be available.

Single speakers will present at a lectern with a microphone. If you prefer to walk the stage, lavalier microphones are available. Please provide your own remote deck control for your laptop.

Panels will be seated with a  table in front of the screen. Please combine any panel visuals into a single deck or web accessible presentation.

Please be available in your presentation room 20 minutes prior to your session to be mic’d up with a lav, 15 minutes prior to your session for everyone else.

A recording of all sessions will remain available on the frame:work website. Please consider this when selecting images and documentation you plan to share in your presentation. Copyrighted music can be used in these presentations as they are considered educational. Any material covered by NDA must be avoided.

Presentation slots are 40 minutes in length, with another 10 minutes available for Q&A, and 10 -15 minuts buffer between sessions for changeover.

Presenters will be notified of time left from a display visible from the stage.
Presentation time is mildly flexible, +/- 5 minutes.

For those speakers only attending one day or for their session period, we ask you to be on site at least 60 minutes prior to your session. There is a green room near the stage or you can be in the audience.

Q&A will be managed by ushers with microphones in the audience and questions read to you from live stream.

Your name and headshot will appear on the frame:work website and in our social media promotions.
