This panel will explore how experienced professionals can step into the role of mentors to help guide and support newcomers to the field.
We will discuss key areas where new practitioners should focus their skills development to ensure employability in an evolving industry. From foundational technical knowledge to adaptive problem-solving, this session will identify the core competencies that remain valuable amidst constant technological change. Panelists will also address how experienced practitioners can foster an environment of support, helping new talent navigate complex challenges and empowering them to thrive.

We will visit 6-8 companies over 90 minutes.
