Common Techniques and Technologies Across Entertainment Disciplines

What can concert visuals learn from theater? How do broadcast workflows inform permanent video installations? While different entertainment disciplines may seem worlds apart, they share common technologies, challenges, and creative problem-solving strategies. This panel brings together experts from live music, theater, broadcast, and immersive installations to exchange insights and uncover practical tricks that can be adapted across disciplines. Attendees will gain inspiration from how different industries approach multi-screen content, show operations, and technical execution—learning new ways to improve efficiency, enhance creativity, and tackle shared challenges. Whether you’re crafting visuals for a tour, a TV production, or an interactive art piece, discover how techniques from other fields can elevate your work.
