We recommend single speakers use the lectern to SR of the projection screen. Panels will be seated in front of the screen. See the gallery below for examples of the stage set up at CodeNode.

You may drive your own presentation at the podium with your own laptop. HDMI and Stereo Minijack inputs are provided. There will be an option for remote advancing of slides with a clicker from either your own laptop or from a link to slides you provide to us.

A recording of all sessions will remain available on the frame:work website. Please consider this relative to the images and documentation you plan to share in your presentation.

Presentation slots are 40 minutes in length, with another 10 minutes available for Q&A, and a 10 minute buffer between sessions for changeover.

Presenters will be notified of time left from a display visible from the stage.
Time is mildly flexible, +/- 5 minutes. We ask speakers to be available 60 minutes prior to their session. There is a green room behind the stage or you can be in the audience.

Speakers will be asked to wear lapel mics.

Q&A will be managed by ushers with microphones in the audience.

Your name and headshot will appear on the frame:work website and in our social media promotions.

Please make sure you have sent us:

  1. A current headshot
  2. Your bio
